  • All the staff was attentive (receptionists, techs, and doctor). Dr. Nikki addressed all my concerns for my dog and really tried to get to the root of the problem with my furbaby by asking specific questions. One thing to keep in mind is that it's a 24 hr urgent/emergency care hospital so remember to be patient because it might take a while. In fact, you might consider going back home for a few hours until you get some news. Remember that if your baby has an emergency, you'd want them to prioritize your baby.
